Hi, Mimi! Dropping in from Deanna's after reading of your experience with your precious, beautiful little granddaughter.

She is soooo sweet! Love the pictures of her!

I help with my grandchildren sometimes, and I was so understanding of the exhaustion you spoke of.

I have four little grands. All are two and under. Caleb and Anna live in Missouri, and my dear husband and I just returned from visiting my son and his sweet little family. (A little sad now this post-trip day.)

My older son lives here and has two girls, Olivia and Isabella (Ella). I sometimes keep them when parents are caught without a babysitter.

Oh, my goodness! It's painful exhaustion! But they are so sweet and fill my life with their little girl ways and precious hugs and kisses.

Take care. Your blog is wonderful!

God bless,

Andrea

P.S. My grandchildren call me "Mimi."

Aren't families great. Anything makes for a celebration. I went with my daughter yesterday to pick up GD from camp and it was such a fun time.
Stories and lunch and loving each other.

Oh Jamie, Congrats all around hu? I wanted to update you on Amy. We are still in a serious situation I believe. She is having problems with her left eye, she is seeing lights that are black to blue in color and not passing. Debbie is taking her to a specialist to look at her eye. I don't know if that will be today or not. Did you see that Debbie came home today and posted on her blog. The latest picture of Amy is there. She is so small and thin. Her little wrists are hardly anything but bones. I am so worried about her. Now I think that day will work, but I need to check for sure. I know I have a dental appointment coming up but I do not remember what day that is. I may have to switch it to another day. I am so excited I can hardly stand it. I'll get back with you for sure on Monday. Thanks for being such a wonderful friend Jamie. I have so enjoyed visiting with you I can hardly wait to see you for real. Love, Sherry

Good Morning Sweet Jamie!
Thank you so much for stopping by and I am glad I touched your heart this fine morning. I sat down at the computer to write and had pics of a totally different subject, and as I typed out this came. God was speaking to someone through me, but I have no idea who. I just did as I was told. Isn't it funny how sometimes he speaks through us? I love the older people and I am convinced I have an old soul, I say that because I communicate better with them and in a crowd that is where I seem to migrate to. I find they have so much more to share, and they are just begging to spend time with you. They have stories of GOLD to share with us if we listen. Have a wonderful Sunday Jamie and I will be sure and check that calendar at work tomorrow. I have everything in my Day Planner, and I left in such a hurry for the tea on Thursday that I simply forgot it. Love Ya, Sherry

You both look so cute. I love it! As for that pizza...I can't wait to try it. You guys seem to love it, so it must be good! Have fun at Wicked tonight!!! Can't wait to hear all about it.

Congrats on the law school. Our DIL did very well on the LSAT's but had Ella before she could get into law school. She didn't want to loose any more time with her than she does now by having a job. She figures to go when her girls move out. Of course then she'll have grandchildren :)
