Celebrating Easter

My daughter, Miss C and I were invited by our good friends to go to the Mesa Temple and see an amazing Easter Pageant. It is the World's Largest outdoor Easter pageant. WE were part of an audience of about 10,000 people, and they put this how on for about a week!!!It it brought to life from the King James Bible and accurately tells the story of Jesus Christ our Savior from birth to his Resurrection. It was a wonderful pageant and I must say that with lots and lots of children in attendance, I did not hear any children crying or being loud, just an amazing sight, Miss C and her little friend are just around age 2 and they loved all the singing and dancing.
Our good friends!!!!Thanks Cody, Krystal, Judy, Ashlee and kids for inviting us to this, we loved it!!!
Camdyn and her friend loved the singing and dancing!!!
T loved it too!!!
The choir of Angels!!!
Telling the story
The birth of Jesus
And the last Supper, at this point I stopped taking pictures as I really wanted to give it my full attention.
I am so Grateful to my Savior for Dying on the Cross for my sins and for The gift of Forgiveness he gives to all of us!!!!
Happy Easter to everyone

That looked so interesting - would loved to have seen it.

We have the Passion Play here by Charles Standley's church - it's indoor though at the Atlanta Civic Center.

Enjoyed the pictures.

My goodness...step away from the computer for a few days and look at all the fun I missed over here!!!
First of all, this pageant... seen it countless times...and it never gets old. So glad you got to enjoy it. : )
Love all the sweet pics of Miss C. Especially at ballet class. The one of her sitting, pondering, on the floor by herself is precious!
Glad you got the colonoscopy over with. Good girl! : )
Have a wonderful Easter weekend, Jamie. I know you will with your sweet family. : )

Jaime Dear,

You are already following me, I don't know about the picture part unless you signed on to follow me from something other than your blog. It say's Jaime Gibbs instead of Mimi's Corner, so maybe if you try signing on to follow me right from your blog???? I don't know either, maybe Sherry would know....she's the computer expert.

Thank you for all your kind thoughts. I was so glad to meet you, and even more glad if I was able to help ease your mind at all with your daughter.

God Bless,
Meri

Jamie, I have goose bumps from seeing these photos! My father used to perform in our local Passion Play every Easter. He had a beautiful tenor voice & sang solos at Christmas & Easter in our church. He even sang the Ave Maria at my DD's wedding. You have brought up some wonderful, fond memories.

Now, are you ready for this? I have golfed at Seville Golf & Country Club!!!! On our last visit to baby sis, her friends Lorainne & Jim, who live there, took us out to play golf & have lunch there. Talk about a small world, huh? I LOVED IT!!!!! I remember the smell of the orange trees. Its a beautiful course & quite challenging. I still have the score card! LOL

Have a wonderfully blessed Easter, Honey & hug that sweet Camdyn once or twice for Nana Rett, please?
