The bedroom is Finished!!

The best part was when Miss C got here after it was all done and she walked in and said  "WOW". I love that she notices things like a redecorated bedroom and that she liked it!!!
I must admit, I was a bit nervous about that color for the walls, but after it was done, I fell in LOVE with it!!!The inspiration for that color was Not these pillows.....
Nor the Globe...but Miss C loved looking at that globe. I have a feeling we will spend Hours looking at that globe!!!
Not the blue in these cool wall hangings....
It was the throw blanket on the bed!!!I fell in LOVE with that throw the minute I saw it at Pier One way back in March!!
I love so many things on this table, the burlap lamp shade with all it's French items on it, the french artist painting some flowers and that photo frame, something about Skeleton Keys calls to me lately!!!

After taking that Bike tour in Europe, I had to have this bicycle and I had to place some cute flowers in the basket!!!!!
3 pics from France, a view of the Marina in Nice, France, a close-up of a building with the French flag and finally a french restaurant with it's chalkboard menu.
 Changed up the bathroom too!!
I am loving this new color to my ordinary Gold and burgundy house!!!

Love the blue. I've gone kind of blue in some areas. Very serene and luxurious. Now, don't let anyone mess it up and you'll be all set.

Oh wow, Jamie. Yours looks like something out of a magazine! Not the terribly high-fallutin' sort where you'd be afraid to actually SIT down ... but something that says, "Welcome!"
Like you, I love skeleton keys ... or any old keys. (Old stories? Hmmmm.)

HI Jamie,
Oh great job on the bedroom re-do!
I love the colors you picked and the painting turned out wonderfully!
You asked about the apple trees. Yes, I do get a lot of apples for baking off of them. Wish you were nearby I would bring you over a bushel! Right now, they are coming out my ears but the deer are having good meals everynight too.
Its supposed to be hot here the next few days but then quite cool with highs in the low 70's. Autumn is coming!
Hugs,
Cindy

It all looks so beautiful! About six years ago I redecorated and used a lot of the gold and burgundy in my decorating too. I've been feeling like I need to freshen it up a bit. You are inspiring me!

VERY pretty, Jamie! I adore that soft teal color & just yesterday wore a tunic top that color to church. I am going to try to buy more of it, as it brings out my eye color.

All your wonderful photos just add the right touch! Well done!

Hugs,
Rett
