Mimi got Camdyn a new Learning birdbath toy, since we went to the Botanical Garden and Camdyn helped me work in my garden.
She loves it and the Mommy and baby bird talk to each other...I love you baby bird!!!
Camdyn wanted to eat my flowers, so I had to bring out the walker!!!

gosh they are so much fun. she is getting so big i cant believe her and brylee are going to 1 in a couple months and telsea will be 3 time goes way too fast:(
If I had any advice to give about things that Grandmas/Mimis should do with their grandchildren, it is get them outside with their hands in the dirt! Seriously, kids are surrounded by technology and everything that keeps them from learning and admiring God's handy-work. Get them outside and let them put their hands in the dirt, teach them about flowers and weeds and bugs...grow a small veggie garden (one of the best I had was when I gave Chloe and Chas some seed packets and let them go at it)....comment on all of the beautiful things He made for us to enjoy.
My Mom has done a great job of this (though she leaves out the God part, which I am careful to add in) and Chloe and Chas have such a love of nature. Their friends look at them cross-eyed when they talk about how "beautiful" a flower is, but I smile, and I know God does too.

I love being outdoors and getting dirt under my fingernails!!!! I would love to have a garden. I have asked our lawn maintenance guy and where we want to put it, he says it's not enough sun. So I'm considering something smaller, even if it's in pots. I want an herb garden and I want to grow my own tomatoes and peppers. We love salsa. I agree with you about the love of nature; flowers,trees, birds and the blue sky our bright sun, the brilliance of the moon, did I mention the ocean??? I love it all!!!! And Yes, God is so good. Nehemiah 9:6 says "You alone are the lord.You made the heavens and all their starry host, the earth and all that is in it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything.That pretty much says it all!!!
