This is a photo of our son C.J. (2nd from left) he did an Internship for our Congressman in the summer of 06, These were some of his roommates, he had to share a 1 bedroom apartment with 3 other boys!!!!And believe it or not it was still $800.00 per month!!!Living on Capitol Hill is very expensive!!!!This photo was taken on July 4th, they were there to watch and witness fireworks on the "Mall" for themselves!!!!!
What a SIGHT!!!!!!C.J. said it was unbelievable.
How amazing, I had forgotten how truly spectacular these photos are, it's going to make me want to see it for myself!!!!
Here is my very handsome son giving us a VIP tour of the Capitol Building!!!!

And I was so happy to read about the miracle concerning your daughter's syst. Tender Mercies!! Such good news!!!
Have fun with the family! I must say you are really lucky to get away from the heat. I can't wait to see all the fun pictures you took with your new camera. Maybe you can teach me a thing or two when you get back. I still think we have to do a class together. As for D.C.... we love it there. We could go back over and over again. I think it was my favorite place back east. It even out does NY for me. I just Love it. Now to say you got to be there on the 4th, well that is a blessing, one I'm sure he will always cherish. Hope it was a good 4th, knowing you guys it was a blast! So did Miss C like the fireworks?

Barbara is hosting a birthday party for Amy, as her birthday is tomorrow. She will be spending the day in OKC seeing the specialist to see if she is going to be able to have the surgery that she needs to survive this cancer. Please ask all your BLOGGER friends to do so too.
Love Ya and Country Hugs, Sherry
