Friday to Sunday things to get done!!

Friday my friend Donna and I had Mammogram Appointments, it makes the "visit" more tolerable if you can go with a friend!!!I recommend MAMMOGRAMS for all women over the age of 35!!!
Before the visit!!!
To the lovely blue gown!!
The best part is lunch after!!Today Donna picked our restaurant, we both prefer Non-chain type places and Flancers did not disappoint!!It is a family owned place and they have a bigger locale in Mesa as well as this one in Gilbert!!
This is what I saw in the parking lot at church, Miss C in her cute sun-glasses!!
I went with my daughter to pick up Miss C in class at church and this is what we saw!!We were both laughing hysterically through the window!!
MISS C beating to her own drum!!She was just marching around the room like it was no one's business!!!
After class she gets a big hug from Mommy and daddy!!
Posing so pretty!!
Awww....it was 109 out today, but I could not resist coffee at lunch today!!!Oh it taste so good, even when it's hot outside!!I also had ice cold water!!
While shopping today at Buy BUY BABY, Miss C climbed into this cute little baby crib and just made herself at home!!Remember the beating to her own drum came to mind again!!!
She was just right at home!!!
I love to Iron, however I have not ironed anything in 3 weeks so I had QUITE the stack to get done, so I decided to watch a movie I have been wanting to see for a long time, boy does it make a chore much easier!!
THE YOUNG VICTORIA, the movie about Queen Victoria, English Royalty is a Big interest of mine, so I really Enjoyed this movie!!She was the longest reigning Monarch in history!!What I loved most about the movie was Her love and devotion to her husband, everyday of her life she would lay out clothes for her dead husband and she lived about 40 years after his death.
She became Queen at the very Young age of 18.
this was my first weekend in over a month, that I have been home and had NO PLANS!!!

Hi Jamie,
I love the pics of little Miss C!
So cute at Sunday School~
And that crib is really cool, very unique! That is so sweet that you got a gift for Katie! You are a great friend. I sure wish we lived closer! Plus, you do so many interesting things, and they are fun to read about!
Have a good week too!

Sounds like a busy week! I loved it all except the ironing part. That just doesn't sound fun! OK so Miss C loves Church. That is so cute! I wish KJ would come out of her shell and play more. She makes her teacher hold her the whole time. She says she wants to go, and loves it, but she is always wanting her teacher to hold her. Funny girl! Did you find any cute stuff for that baby thats coming soon? So glad you had a fun week!

Hahaha... hadn't thought about taking my camera along for my mammogram!

After vacationing, my laundry pile is a big as your iron pile I'm sure of it!

The price we pay for having fun and letting the chores go...

Way to go Jamie. You have made time to have fun even when keeping a medical appointment. It has got to be fun.

You look great in blue!

That's a darling baby crib.

May you have a sweet week. My sister is out visiting...and I have literally shopped til I dropped. Having a fun time, but need to sit and unwind.

God bless,
d

Hi Jamie Sweetie...
I so love the pics of Ms "C" she is growing so fast now. She will really look grown up when the new baby comes. How exciting for you all.

The drum picture is my favorite, and don't you know God was just smiling down on her and loving every minute of it. She just radiates with love.

Loved that crib, but I think the baby would be sharing with Ms "C", she already made herelf at home.

Have a great day sweetie. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

Loved the drum picture. Nothing like beating your own drum no matter what your age. No ironing for me unless it is so necessary. Watching a movie you enjoy seems live a nice way to do it though. Stella

Never thought of having a friend go with me to get my mammogram! I had an experience with mine this time. Saw something, did an ultrasound, wanted to see better, did an MRI, found something suspicious in the other one so another ultrasound. After all that they said nothing to worry about. I wasn't so sure so I made an appointment with the breast surgeon and let him make the final call. He said don't worry but he wants an MRI in 6 months and he'll follow from now on. I have had two incisional biopsies and several needle biopsies that were all benign cysts......dense breasts....don't you just love it!

You have had a busy few days! Miss C is so cute with her drum....I see her more as a majorette!! :)

Hi Mimi....First thank you for the visit, and yes, Arizona is our real home....I went to school in Tucson, married in Tucson, the first time and in Yuma the second. Have had homes in Yuma and Prescott and Sedona.

Family matters is what made us move to Michigan. With the economy I think we will be buried back here, lol!

When your over the top hot weather ends, our over the top cold begins. We try to escape and run to visit the boys in Texas and Arizona as many winters as we can.

Your little Miss C is adorable...I have several that march to their own drummer! hehehe! Makes them all the more adorable!
Hugs,
Jil

Hi Jamie
I guess I am due for a mammogram...I am hitting 49 this year. I work around those blue gowns on a daily basis...yuck!!!

I would love to see the Baby Gap line of Paris cloths!!!
I guess the US get these items before Canada does???
Ok... if you can get me one of those sparkle T's, size 2X, I would be happy to send you the money...the T's you sent last year, I never did see them here!
So its like receiving foreign cloths for by little grand baby.
Your little Miss C. looks so sweet and in her Paris dress..Byllas T-shirt, that looks the same as MissC's dress, does not fit her any more....

As for your post on loving ironing
:( ewww!!!
But I do love...I mean LOVE, period movies!!!
I just bought "Young Victoria",I love it too.
Did you ever get to view "The Duchess"???
Have you also seen "Maria Antoinette"??? OH, so good!!!

Hugs to you my friend(())
Tracy

Oh my...you just reminded me it's been a very long time since I had a mammogram! Don't think I'll find a friend that will be willing to go with me...may have to go it alone!
