Everything's Coming up Roses Spring tea Luncheon

I had the Privilege today of attending the Ladies Spring Tea Luncheon at North Phoenix Baptist Church with my Good Friend Liz.
Each table hostess had to decorate her own table. Liz did a fabulous job with Our table!!!!She made the tablecloth and I love the Blue gingham, it is so springy. She brought along her blue and white tea cups and so many other cute things to make our table so Beautiful!!!She made each of us a little jar of Home made tea!!And she also gave each of us this darling Tea-Towel that went along with the Roses theme!!

The Male Elders of the church were the servers. They were so sweet and so attentive.
Some of the Praise and Worship team sang that lovely song "Everything's coming up Roses, a song from the Musical Gypsy.
Linda Murphy is an Author, a Women's(ALL AGES) Motivational Speaker and a great Christian Woman. Her speech to us today was the same as her book title  and the Theme for our Luncheon, Everything's Coming up Roses!!!  Dethorning Your Rose      “The seed that fell among thorns"    Luke 8:14& 15  "I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener."   John 15:1, 2 & 8.   Scripture tells us that thorns prevent Christians from becoming fruitful, but the Gardner (Father-God),  prunes us to become more like His Son "The fragrance of Christ."  II Corinthians 2:15
 R    Resting in the relationship
O   Obedience in Abiding in the Vine
S    Soils of the Heart  will include a personal meditation time. “Search me, O God, and know my heart.." Psalm 139:23-24
E    En-joy

I really liked THIS ACRONYM of the word R-O-S-E, what a great way to explain it!!!

 The ladies at my table!!!
