Kellogg's Tour of Gymnastic's Champions!!!

I bought tickets for my Daughter and I to go see the Girl's gold Medal winning Gymnastic  team perform in the Kellogg's tour of Champions show. Since her birthday is in just a few days, I wanted it to be just her and I which is a very rare occasion since she became a Mommy. We also ate at Margaritaville for dinner. When we walked up there must have been over 20 little girls all doing Hand Stands...I wanted to snap a pic but feared their Families might think I was weird.
The fierce 5 or Fab 5 as they are known!!When we entered Jobing.com arena...they searched our bags and I was told I could NOT take my camera in....they actually took it from me and held it til after the show......the arena was so dark and smoky, I would NOT have been able to get pictures that would be good enough to sell for goodness sakes!!!
Mckayla Maroney, Jordyn Weiber....and Gabriel or Gabby Douglas!!!I would say by far she is the fans favorite!!

You are too funny, dear Jamie!
I think you've got the expression down perfectly! ;))
So special to see the young ladies in action, even if the performance was a bit short...
I wish you a most wonderful week, and I thank you so much for stopping by and always leaving such kind messages. Yes, the fair is always fascinating!
Sweet blessings,
- Irina

Mimi, what a disappointment not to see the Fab 5 perform longer. 15 minutes! Wow. Hope your daughter wasn't too disappointed! Still, you had a mom and daughter outing...that must have been fun.

MIMI!!!!!!!!! HOW DARLING YOU ARE!!!!! Oh, can you imagine the heartache and pain, the joys and triumphs that these young girls have had to face in their lives???

IT WAS SO GOOD to see your comment come in this morning my dear!

Sparkle and shine is the only thing we can do, anytime, especially in the darkness where the light beams the brightest. YOU SHINE! Have a fantastic Sunday! Anita

I thought of getting tickets for the New York show and just wasn't sure. Thanks for the review. Know you enjoyed the time with your daughter.

Hi Jamie,
What a neat Mother/daughter experience. Too bad they didn't perform longer though.
When Katie was a senior I took her to the U.S. figure skating championships. It just happened to be in St.Paul that year. It was amazing and the girls skating blew me away.
You and your lovely daughter will always remember those special night's out.
Looking forward to coming in October...need to start looking for tickets soon.
Big Hugs,
Cindy

This is great that you got a chance to see this with your daughter. I love times away with my daughters, too.
